Sample Plans

Every sample plan, sorted into a folder per industry, from retail fit-out and refinery turnaround to wedding planning and clinical trials. Each one is a worked-through sequence with the gates it hangs on, there to open and rename rather than follow. A plain-text index lists all of them.
Holiday Calendars
15 countries, 2026 to 2028
A starter project per country with the nonworking days already set, so nothing schedules through a shutdown you forgot about. Dates are computed from the published rules rather than typed from memory, with weekend substitutions applied where that country applies them. A reference file lists every date.
How to Use Them
Unzip the pack wherever you keep your work. Every file is an ordinary
.gtrt project, so open one from GanttRight the way you would open
any plan of your own. Rename the tasks, drag the blocks, and put your own
numbers in — the durations are a starting shape, not a recommendation.
The holiday calendars work two ways. Open the starter plan for your country and the nonworking days are already set, or add the dates to a plan you already have through the Working Calendar, which takes a pasted list one date per line.
